"Easy ebook, no hassle"
I assumed it might take a bit to get set up, but the ebook came through fast and opened right away on my laptop. Pages loaded smoothly, and being able to search chapters saved me a bunch of time. Nothing fancy, but it did exactly what I needed.

"Still kind of waiting on my refund"
I asked for a refund a while back and it’s been taking way longer than I expected. I still haven’t really gotten anything back yet, so it’s been frustrating.

The tracking updates did come through, but they showed up a little later than I expected. Not a huge deal, just had me checking more than usual haha.

I got emails about my order and the tracking info, which was nice. One of the updates came a bit late, so I was kinda wondering what was going on, but overall the communication was clear enough and reeeally not a big deal

"First impression wasn’t great"
My first impression when I pulled the textbook out of the package wasn’t great. I ordered it from Pearson expecting a new book, but right away I noticed the corners were bent and there were some marks on the cover.
The actual pages are fine and I can still use it, so it’s not a total loss. But for what I paid, I really expected it to show up looking new. Shipping itself was okay, I’m just disappointed with the condition of the book.

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I was just trying to buy a textbook on mypearsonstore.com, and somehow the payment step turned into the hardest part. My card got declined twice, even though I use it all the time elsewhere with no issues, so that was confusing.
I ended up using a different card and it finally went through, but the site never really explained what the problem was. For something as basic as buying a book, the whole process felt a lot more stressful than it needed to be.
"Shipping was okay, but the reminders were annoying"
My order did show up, but it arrived later than I expected, so the shipping was just kind of okay. What bothered me more were all the aggressive reminders—they kept pushing way too much and it got annoying fast.

"Paid for access, but the code never worked"
I bought a digital product from MyPearsonStore because I needed it for class, but the access code just wouldn’t work. Every time I tried to use it, I ended up getting bounced between login pages and error messages, which got frustrating fast.
To be fair, tech problems happen, and I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect. But support was slow, and I never really got a clear answer or a fix. Since this was something time-sensitive for school, it left a bad impression, and I’d be hesitant to buy digital access from them again.

"Promo code was useless"
I tried using their discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t work. I reached out to support and they basically told me to try again later, which was unhelpful. Ended up paying full price anyway, so yeah, annoying experience.

"Return policy was confusing"
I was trying to figure out if I could return my order, and the return policy was unclear. It felt like the details were scattered in different places, but even after reading through them I still wasn’t sure what to do. I reached out to customer support too, and they weren’t really much help. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

I was trying to track down my course textbook and, umm, mypearsonstore actually had it in stock when a couple other places didn’t. The site was easy to use, and I found the right edition without much trouble. No real complaints from me, just glad I was able to get it...

"Good support, got help quick"
I was having a problem where my order didn’t show up right away on mypearsonstore.com, so I went ahead and contacted customer service. They respond faster than I thought they would, and it actually felt like they read my message instead of just sending one of those copy-paste replies.
It did take one more message before everything was fixed, so it wasn’t totally smooth, but it was still a good experience. Not perfect, but I was happy enough with the support and I’d use them again.

"Am I the only one who ordered..."
Am I the only one who ordered one textbook and somehow got sent a completely different one? I figured it would be a quick fix, but it ended up taking way too long to sort out. Support didn’t really help much either, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Annoying experience overall

"Met my standards for class materials"
I used mypearsonstore for one of my college classes, and it met my basic standard for what I needed. The book matched the syllabus, which was a big relief, and the access code worked without any hassle. Checkout was a little slow, but not enough to be a real problem. Overall, it did the job and got me what I needed for class.
